I spent this past weekend at the Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with my brother and a couple buddies. Sea Pines Resort is such a beautiful place, and I love it more and more each time I go down there. We had a great time hanging out with each other, shopping and dining out at night for incredible seafood. Friday night we made it out to the Triangle and then to Parana for a change of scene and lots of dancing with the locals. Saturday night we got to get together with a long lost Sigma Nu pledge brother from my freshmen year at Samford. He transferred colleges after freshmen year and moved to Hawaii and until the past weekend I hadn’t seen him. It was great getting to catch up with him and remember the good ol’ days of pledgeship, or rough days of pledgeship really. The weather over the weekend was mostly clear and even got quite warm during the day, little chilly at night but overall it was great for February. The warm weather made great for my run on the beach and riding around on the beach cruisers! This was my second trip down there to the Island with my buddy who has got a house on the Island. I hope we get a chance to make it down there again soon when it starts to warm up!
